At Vangappa, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our Shipping Policy for details on shipping charges, delivery times, and shipping availability for both domestic and international orders.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We offer shipping within India and international shipping to select countries.
  • Domestic Shipping: Available across all locations within India.
  • International Shipping: Available for orders outside India. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

2. Free Shipping (India Only)

  • Free shipping is available on domestic orders over ₹1000 within India.
  • For orders under ₹1000, shipping charges will apply based on the delivery address and product weight.

3. Shipping Charges (International)

  • International orders will incur shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight.
  • Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applicable in their country.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We partner with trusted logistics providers to deliver your products both domestically and internationally.

    Domestic Shipping (within India):

    • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.
    • Express Delivery: Available for certain locations, with faster delivery times (shown at checkout).

    International Shipping:

    • Delivery times typically range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
    • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing times and local shipping conditions in your country.

5. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. You can track your order on the courier’s website.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays, including:

  • Courier delays, weather disruptions, or force majeure events.
  • For international shipments, customs processing may cause additional delays.

If any significant delays occur, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, either domestically or internationally.
  • Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees that may be imposed by the destination country.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with photos of the damage, and we will assist you with a resolution.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will help track the package or initiate a claim with the carrier.

10. Shipping Partners

We collaborate with reputable shipping carriers, including:

  • India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery (for domestic orders within India).
  • DHL, FedEx, and other international carriers for global shipments.
